Michael navigated a very difficult seller situation after the passing of the owner and having to work with me, personal representation of the Estate, in conjunction with the former reaidence ex wife to drive a very positive outcome. Clearly he went above and beyond in representing both the buyer and sellers. I was skeptical at first, when Michael was going to represent the buyers as well, but I never felt that my interest was ever compromised durning the process. The home was "unique" from size comparable to area, to layout /decor that would appeal to limited buyers so he was tasked to develope the right plan to find the right buyer. Communication and accessibility was excellent.
